JELAJAHNEWS.ID – Presiden RI Joko Widodo (Jokowi) mengajak para investor Singapura menanamkan modalnya untuk pengembangan Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN).

Menurut Presiden, ini merupakan kesempatan emas bagi para investor untuk menjadi bagian dalam pembangunan kota dengan konsep kota pintar masa depan berbasis alam.

“Saya sarankan Anda untuk tidak menunggu terlalu lama. Ini adalah kesempatan emas yang sangat menarik di Indonesia dan Anda bisa menjadi bagian di dalamnya,” ucap Presiden Jokowi dalam pidatonya pada Ecosperity Week 2023 yang digelar di Sands Expo and Convention Center, Singapura, pada Rabu (07/06/2023).

Presiden menekankan bahwa Nusantara merupakan tempat yang nyaman, baik untuk berbisnis maupun sebagai tempat tinggal. Saat ini, lanjutnya, pembangunan IKN sudah dimulai dengan pembangunan infrastruktur dasar dan pusat pemerintahan yang ditargetkan rampung tahun depan.

“Untuk sektor swasta, pada tahap awal, kami telah menyiapkan 300 paket investasi dengan total nilai USD2,6 miliar di berbagai bidang seperti perumahan, transportasi, energi, teknologi, dan bidang lainnya,” lanjutnya.

Lebih lanjut, Presiden menyatakan komitmen Indonesia dalam pengembangan energi hijau dan industri hijau. Hal tersebut diwujudkan dengan pembangunan persemaian di dua lokasi berbeda di Tanah Air sebagai langkah awal pengembangan Nusantara.

“Persemaian dengan kapasitas 16 juta bibit per tahun di Rumpin dan 15 juta bibit per tahun di Mentawir,” kata Presiden.

Selain itu, Presiden meyakini bahwa Indonesia memiliki potensi besar pada energi baru terbarukan mencapai 434 gigawatt dari geotermal, angin, surya, biofuel, dan hidro. Presiden menyebut Indonesia memiliki 4.400 sungai dengan potensi besar seperti Sungai Kayan di Pulau Kalimantan yang menjadi sumber energi hijau bagi Kawasan Industri Hijau di Kalimantan Utara.

“Ini potensi besar untuk menghasilkan produk hijau dari industri hijau yang saat ini menjadi prioritas di sektor hilirisasi, industri manufaktur panel surya dan baterai, serta industri kendaraan listrik,” tambahnya.

Selepas menyampaikan pidatonya, Presiden Jokowi berkesempatan meninjau stan Ibu Kota Nusantara. Di stan tersebut, para pengunjung acara bisa melihat konsep pembangunan IKN dan peluang investasi yang ada.(skb)
