JELAJAHNEWS.ID – Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) Basuki Hadimuljono, mengungkapkan bahwa pada tahap awal pemerintah akan segera membangun 47 tower rumah susun untuk rumah dinas ASN, TNI, dan Polri di Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN).
“Tadi sudah diputuskan 47 tower yang akan segera dibangun,” ujar Basuki Hadimuljono usai Rapat Terbatas (Ratas) dengan Presiden Jokowi di Kantor Presiden, Jakarta, Senin (30/01/2023).
Basuki menyampaikan, pembangunan hunian dengan alokasi anggaran sebesar Rp9,4 triliun ini akan dimulai pada tahun 2023 ini.
“Kalau dalam jadwalnya kalau supaya selesai 2024 ya Juni-Juli [2023] harus sudah mulai bekerja,” ucapnya.
Basuki menambahkan, pembangunan hunian dengan model apartemen sejalan dengan konsep kota hutan atau forest city yang diusung IKN.
“Sesuai dengan konsep forest city. Kalau dia enggak tower, dia makin menyebar. Supaya tidak merusak, terlalu banyak memotong hutan,” ujarnya.
Menurut Menteri PUPR, Presiden Jokowi telah memberikan arahan agar jajarannya melakukan survei terkait kebutuhan hunian di IKN. Dengan demikian, ASN diharapkan bisa memiliki pilihan antara rumah tapak atau apartemen.
“Harus disurvei dulu siapa yang mau di apartemen, siapa yang mau landed, tadi arahannya Presiden begitu,” lanjutnya.
Pada kesempatan itu, Basuki juga menyampaikan bahwa jumlah ASN, TNI, dan Polri yang akan dipindahkan ke IKN hingga tahun 2024 mencapai 16,9 ribu orang.(skb/jn)
