Jalan Rusak Parah, Truk Muatan Terbalik di Jembatan Titi Besi Sergai

JELAJAHNEWS.ID – Sebuah truk bermuatan tanah liat mengalami kecelakaan tunggal di Jembatan Titi Besi, perbatasan Kabupaten Deliderdang dan Kabupaten Serdangbedagai (Sergai), Sumatera Utara, Senin (02/10/2023).

Kecelakaan tunggal itu terjadi diduga karena truk tersebut dalam kondisi rem blong. Selain itu, ban truk tersebut tampak amblas ketika melintasi badan jalan yang ditambal dengan batang-batang kelapa yang mengakibatkan truk terguling dan ringsek parah.

Belum diketahui ada korban jiwa dalam peristiwa tersebut. Kejadian ini sempat membuat heboh warga sekitar dan pengendara yang melintas. Beberapa warga merekam video peristiwa ini.

Melalui video yang diunggah akun Anak Galang yang dilihat wartawan pada Senin malam, perekam mengabarkan bahwa truk bermuatan tanah liat dalam posisi terguling akibat kendaraan tonase tinggi itu mengalami rem blong.

“Kendaraan mobil dump truk pengangkat tanah rem blong masuk Titi Besi,” ujar warga yang merekam kejadian melalui telepon selulernya.

Kondisi lalu lintas di Jembatan Titi Besi terlihat mengalami kemacetan dampak peristiwa tersebut. Beberapa warga sekitar coba mengurai kemacetan dan mengatur lalu lintas kendaraan di sana.

Amatan wartawan, sejak dua bulan belakangan ini kondisi jalan pada Jembatan Titi Besi kembali rusak parah. Warga sekitar berinisiatif menambal jalan yang berlubang dengan batang-batang kelapa di kedua sisi. Sejak itu, truk-truk bermuatan di atas 5 ton dilarang lewat melalui jembatan penghubung antara Kecamatan Galang, Deliserdang dengan Kecamatan Serbajadi, Sergai tersebut.

Hingga kini, belum ada tanda-tanda dari pemerintah daerah setempat maupun Pemprov Sumut untuk memperbaiki kondisi jalan Jembatan Titi Besi yang kembali rusak parah tersebut.

Camat Serbajadi, Syafruddin, masih belum mau berkomentar ihwal kejadian ini saat dikonfirmasi wartawan.

Adapun kerusakan jalannya tersebut, sudah berulang kali terjadi. Bahkan di 2022, Pemprov Sumut melalui Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang, sudah dua kali memperbaiki jalan yang berlubang pada Jembatan Titi Besi. Namun tidak sampai tiga bulan pascadiperbaiki, jalan kembali rusak dengan kondisi berlubang yang makin hari makin lebar.

Seperti biasa, warga sekitar memanfaatkan kondisi kerusakan jembatan dengan meminta ke setiap pengendara yang melintas, terutama para sopir mobil pribadi dan truk-truk bermuatan. Mereka berjaga mulai pagi hingga malam hari secara bergantian, guna mengatur lalu lintas kendaraan yang melintas di area Jembatan Titi Besi.(jns/**)
