JELAJAHNEWS.ID – Kementerian Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menangah(KomenKop UKM) akan bergandengan tangan dengan Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) mendorong percepatan para pelaku usaha mikro, kecil dan menengan (UMKM) dan untuk menggelar penawaran umum perdagangan saham (initial public offering/IPO).

Menteri Koperasi dan UKM Teten Masduki mengatakan sejauh ini baru ada 33 UMKM yang menjadi perusahaan publik dan berjalan secara mandiri tanpa adanya pendampingan.

Untuk itu Kemenkop UKM dan BEI mendorong percepatan IPO UMKM melalui proses inkubasi atau pembinaan. Kerja sama ini untuk mempercepat semakin banyaknya pelaku UMKM yang Go Public,”tambahnya.

Seperti yang ditulis Warta Ekonomi.co.id, nantinya, kata Teten UMKM yang didampingi untuk bisa IPO tersebut akan diprioritaskan masuk papan akselerasi karena tergolong dalam kategori emiten skala kecil.“Saya mengapresiasi adanya papan akselerasi sebagai kebijakan yang inovatif dari BEI untuk memberikan kemudahan bagi pelaku UMKM agar bisa listing di bursa saham,”tegasnya.

Teten mencontohkan UMKM yang berhasil berkembang menjadi perusahaan besar dan mampu mencatatkan sahamnya di pasar modal, yaitu PT Sari Kreasi Boga Tbk (Kebab Baba Rafi), PT Tourindo Guide Indonesia (PGJO), dan lainnya.

“Ini menjadi inspirasi bagi para pelaku UMKM lainnya untuk dapat masuk ke pasar modal. Kunci utama UMKM naik kelas adalah tata kelola bisnis yang baik,” tambahnya.

Teten mengakui, jika menunggu usaha kecil tumbuh secara organik, waktunya akan lama. Padahal, banyak sektor usaha sejenis yang bisa diagregasi dan dikonsolidasi agar membuat skala usaha mereka masuk batas minimum sehingga bisa listing di bursa saham.

“Maka, perlu ada keterlibatan dari inkubator untuk meningkatkan skala usaha dan merapikan sistem keuangan pelaku UMKM,”tegasnya. Oleh karena itu, pihaknya optimistis papan akselerasi IDX Incubator dapat menjadi akselerator dalam mendukung pertumbuhan dan pengembangan UMKM di sektor pasar modal.

“Harus segera kita buat short list, mana yang bisa kita inkubasi, kemudian kita dorong untuk IPO. Dengan cara seperti itu, saya yakin akan semakin banyak UMKM yang listing,” tambahnya.

Sementara itu Dirut BEI Iman Rachman menyebutkan, poin utama kerja sama ini adalah mempromosikan UKM-UKM yang ada di Indonesia untuk bisa listing di lantai bursa. “Kami bukan hanya menyiapkan papannya, tapi juga melakukan bimbingan,” kata Iman.

BEI, kata Iman, melalui IDX Inkubator bakal melakukan pendampingan bagi para pelaku UKM agar mereka siap untuk listing atau melakukan IPO. “Yang sudah siap bisa langsung, yang belum siap kita lakukan pendampingan. Jadi, tugas IDX Inkubator adalah menyiapkan UKM agar siap listing,” ucap Iman.

Imam pun berharap dengan adanya kerja sama ini proses inkubasi UKM bisa berjalan lebih cepat lagi sehingga mendorong UKM listing di lantai bursa. “Papan Akselerasi ada sejak 2021. Saat ini, ada sebanyak 33 perusahaan UKM yang sudah IPO. Jadi, bila ditargetkan menjadi 100 UKM bukan sesuatu yang sulit,” ujar Iman.(ril/**)
