JELAJAHNEWS.ID – Panglima TNI, Laksamana Yudo Margono menyayangkan tindakan sejumlah prajurit TNI yang mendatangi Mapolrestabes Medan, Sumatera Utara, Sabtu (5/8/2023).

“Mungkin kemarin kan, sudah sebagai bukti awal mereka melakukan seperti itu, saya kira kurang etis prajurit TNI seperti itu,” kata Yudo di Mako Paspampres, Jakarta Pusat, Senin (7/8/2023).

Yudo menyebutkan telah memerintahkan polisi militer untuk memeriksa para prajurit itu.

“Saya perintahkan Danpom TNI ya langsung diperiksa ya. Sudah saya perintahkan nanti akan kita periksa,” katanya.

Sebelumnya, video kedatangan prajurit TNI itu tersebar di media sosial. Dalam video yang beredar, Kasat Reskrim Polrestabes Medan Kompol Teuku Fathir Mustafa terlibat cekcok dengan prajurit TNI.

Kedatangan itu mempertanyakan kasus yang menjerat ARH, tersangka pemalsuan surat keterangan lahan di Sumatera Utara. ARH adalah saudara dari Mayor Dedi Hasibuan.

Teuku pun menjelaskan alasan penahanan ARH. “Penahanan subjektif itu, yang bersangkutan ini berdasarkan alat bukti sebagai pelaku kejahatan sesuai dengan pasal yang kami kenakan. Ada lagi tiga pelaku lainnya,” kata Teuku.

Dalam video, Teuku terlihat berdebat cukup panjang dengan Dedi.

Kabid Humas Polda Sumut Kombes Hadi Wahyudi pun mengkonfirmasi kedatangan puluhan prajurit TNI ke Polrestabes Medan untuk berkoordinasi terkait status penahanan saudara Dedi.

“Iya betul, beliau tadi hadir ke Kantor Kasat Reskrim untuk berkoordinasi terkait permohonan penangguhan penahanan dalam kapasitas Mayor Hasibuan sebagai keluarga ARH salah seorang tersangka,” pungkas Hadi.(**/jn)
