Kasus AH, Anak Achiruddin Tersangka Aniaya Dilimpahkan ke JPU

JELAJAHNEWS.ID - Polda Sumut melimpahkan AH anak dari AKBP Achiruddin Hasibuan yang menjadi tersangka kasus aniaya terhadap mahasiswa ke Kejaksaaan Negeri Medan.

JELAJAHNEWS.ID – Polda Sumut melimpahkan AH anak dari AKBP Achiruddin Hasibuan yang menjadi tersangka kasus aniaya terhadap mahasiswa ke Kejaksaaan Negeri Medan.

“Berkasnya AH sudah tahap II dan telah dilimpahkan ke Kejari Medan,” ujar Kabid Humas Polda Sumut, Kombes Hadi Wahyudi, Selasa (30/5/2023).

Menurut Hadi, penyerahan berkas agar mempercepat proses persidangan.
“Nantinya setelah diserahkan, tersangka AH akan secepatnya disidangkan jaksa,” kata juru bicara Polda Sumut tersebut.

Sementara itu, Kepala Seksi Intelijen (Kastel) Kejari Medan, Simon, menjelaskan setelah menerima tahap II, jaksa penuntut umum yang ditunjuk akan segera menyiapkan dakwaan untuk segera melimpahkannya ke Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Medan.

“Tersangka AH disangkakan melanggar Pasal 351 KUHPidana,” terangnya.

Diketahui, peristiwa dugaan penganiayaan tersangka AH terhadap mahasiswa Ken Admiral berawal dari tersangka bertemu dengan korban di SPBU di Jalan Ringroad.

Setelah bertemu pelaku melakukan pemukulan dan merusak mobil korban Ken Admiral. Keesokan harinya korban mendatangi rumah pelaku di Jalan Karya Dalam untuk meminta pertanggungjawaban.

Namun sesuai video viral yang beredar pelaku menganiaya korban disaksikan orangtuanya yang merupakan perwira polisi di Polda Sumut.(PS)
