MEDAN – Kepolisian Daerah Sumatera Utara (Polda Sumut) bersama polres jajaran meningkatkan patroli di wilayah jalan lintas perbatasan Sumut-Aceh dalam menjaga situasi kamtibmas tetap kondusif.
Kabid Humas Polda Sumut, Kombes Pol Hadi Wahyudi, mengatakan ditingkatkannya patroli jalanan sebagai upaya mengantisipasi tindak premanisme yang meresahkan sopir saat melinta di jalan lintas perbatasan Sumut-Aceh.
“Polda Sumut akan menindak tegas para premanisme dan bandit jalanan yang meresahkan masyarakat dan sopir,” ujarnya, Jumat (3/9/2021).
Hadi menghimbau, kepada seluruh masyarakat maupun para sopir untuk tidak takut melaporkan setiap tindak premanisme kepada aparat kepolisian. Sehingga aksi kejahatan yang terjadi bisa secepatnya ditindaklanjuti.
“Kita juga mengimbau kepada masyarakat untuk menggunakan fasilitas layanan kepolisian seperti call center 110 demi kepentingan bersama dalam mencegah aksi premanisme,”tutupnya.(Pasrah S)
