JELAJAHNEWS.ID – Menteri Dalam Negeri (Mendagri) Muhammad Tito Karnavian kembali mengunjuk Wakil Bupati Padanglawas (Palas) Ahmad Zarnawi Pasaribu menjadi Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Bupati Palas.
Atas kebijakan yang tertuang dalam Surat Mendagri Nomor 100.2.1.3/2402/SJ tanggal 8 Mei 2023 tersebut, Gubernur Sumut Edy Rahmayadi kemudian menerbitkan surat penugasan No 100.1.2/5857 tanggal 23 Mei 2023 kepada Ahmad Zarnawi Pasaribu untuk kembali menjadi Plt Bupati Palas.
Surat penugasan tersebut diserahkan langsung oleh Gubernur Edy Rahmayadi didampingi Sekretaris Daerah Provinsi Sumut Arief S Trinugroho kepada Zarnawi di Rumah Dinas Gubernur Jalan Jenderal Sudirman Nomor 41 Medan, Rabu (24/5).
Pengunjukan Plt Bupati Palas ini menurut Mendagri dalam surat tersebut berdasarkan surat Plt Dirut RSUP Nasional Dr Cipto Mangunkusumo No RS.01.01/VII.4/13284/2023 tanggal 18 April 2023 yang menyatakan hasil pemeriksaan kesehatan Bupati Palas Ali Sutan Harahap (TSO) tidak memenuhi syarat untuk menjalankan tugas sebagai Bupati Palas.
Penyerahan surat penugasan oleh Gubernur tersebut disaksikan Kapolres Palas AKBP Indra Yunitra, Dandim 0212 Tapsel Letkol inf Amrijal Nasution, Kajari Palas Teuku Herijal, Wakil Ketua DPRD Irsan Bangun Harahap dan Sekda Palas Arpan Nasution.
Gubernur berpesan kepada Ahmad Zarnawi Pasaribu agar menjalankan amanah dengan baik dan Forkopimda setempat diminta mendukung dan mengawal, agar pelaksanaan pemerintahan, pembangunan dan pembinaan kemasyarakatan di Palas tetap berjalan baik dan kondusif.
“Bangun kekompakan, utamakan kepentingan rakyat dan dalam mengambil kebijakan maupun kebijaksanaan, harus tetap taat azas dan sesuai ketentuan peraturan yang berlaku, terutama dalam cipta kondisi hendaklah dijaga baik,” pesan Gubernur, sembari menegaskan dalam menyikapi kepemimpinan Palas dirinya tidak ada tendensius pribadi melainkan sepenuhnya sesuai ketentuan yang ada.
Hadir pada kesempatan ini, Direktur RS Haji Adam Malik Zainal, Ketua IDI Sumut Ramlan Sitompul, Ketua Himpunan Psikologi Indonesia Ilnia dan Direktur RS Haji Sumut Rehulina Ginting.
Sebelum ini, Mendagri meminta RSUP Nasional Dr Cipto Mangunkusumo (RSCM) Jakarta melakukan pemeriksaan ulang terkait kondisi kesehatan Bupati Padanglawas (Palas) H Ali Sutan Harahap atau akrab disapa TSO.
Assisten Pemerintahan dan Kesra Setdaprov Sumut Basarin Yunus Tanjung mengemukakan, intinya saat itu Mendagri minta dilakukan pemeriksaan ulang secara menyeluruh.
Dikemukakan pemeriksaan ulang ini dilakukan Menteri untuk memberikan kepastian hukum bagi yang bersangkutan, apakah masih memiliki kemampuan atau tidak memiliki kemampuan secara fisik mau pun mental/psikis dalam melaksanakan tugas dan wewenang sebagai Bupati Palas, guna menjamin penyelenggaraan pemerintahan, pembangunan dan pembinaan kemasyarakatan di kabupaten tersebut.(jns)
