JELAJAHNEWS.ID – Ratusan massa dari aliansi kelompok Tani Mekar Jaya, Kota Binjai, Sumatera Utara menggelar aksi massa, di Mapolda Sumut, Jumat (19/05/2023) siang.

Dalam aksinya, massa menuntut Polda Sumut agar memproses 33 Laporan Polisi (LP) yang dinilai tak direspon oleh Polres Binjai, bahkan perintah Direktur Kriminal Umum (Dirkrimum) Polda Sumut dinilai tidak “Digubris” oleh polres Binjai.

Massa menuntut Kapolda Sumatera Utara Irjen Panca Putra Simanjuntak agar menangkap pelaku penganiaya, pengrusakan dan perampasan lahan kelompok tani Mekar Jaya yang berada di Binjai Selatan, Kota Binjai, Sumatera Utara.

Koordinator aksi, Aldi Tanjung sempat mengatakan, kita ucapkan”Innalillahi Wainailahi Rojiun“ atas meninggalnya penegakan hukum di polres Binjai, Aldi pun mengaku bahwa kinerja Polres Binjai dinilai ”Ompong“ dan Almarhum, sebab ada 33 laporan dari kelompok tani Mekar Jaya yang selama 1 tahun mangkrak dan tak ada keterangan sama sekali.

“Aneh sekali ini Polres Binjai, laporan kelompok tani tidak ada yang ditindaklanjuti oleh Polres Binjai, bahkan kita sudah Laporkan sana sini, buat aksi tapi gak ada arti. Polres Binjai Ompong,” kata Aldi Tanjung.

Terpisah, Ketua tim Hukum kelompok tani Mekar Jaya, Raja Makayasa Harahap SH,MH. mengakui bahwa kasus ini sudah berjalan 1 tahun. Dari 33 laporan kelompok tani, tidak satupun berjalan.

“Sangat aneh ini Polres Binjai, istilah no viral no justice sepertinya tidak berlaku dengan Polres Binjai ini. Penegakan hukum juga mangkrak. Jadi, kami minta Kapolri Jenderal Listyo Sigit segera mencopot Kapolres, Kasat Reskrim dan Kasat Intelkam Polres Binjai,karena menjalani proses hukum tidak maksimal,” ungkapnya.

Selain itu, Raja Makayasa mengaku sudah melakukan gelar perkara atas kasus ini dengan Kasat Reskrim Polres Binjai dan Direktur Reserse Kriminal Umum Polda Sumatera Utara, Selasa (16/05/2023).

Tapi, tidak juga ada kejelasan, bahkan perintah Direktur Kriminal Umum Polda Sumatera Utara Kombes Sumaryono Itupun “Tak diterge“.

“Kami juga heran, sudah gelar perkara dengan Direktur Reserse Kriminal Umum Polda Sumatera Utara sudah memerintahkan kepada Kasat Reskrim agar menangkap pelaku 2 x 24 jam, bahkan Dirkrimum pun mengatakan tidak perlu 2 x 24 jam, 12 jam pun cukup. Tapi sudah berhari hari, tidak ada juga yang ditangkap,” tegasnya.

Raja Makayasa menambahkan, kelompok tani kecewa dengan kinerja Polres Binjai dan Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Umum Polda Sumatera Utara. Petani berniat untuk menginap di Polda Sumatera Utara.

“Jadi, jika hari ini tidak ada perwakilan dari Polda Sumatera Utara yang menindaklanjuti aspirasi ini. Kelompok tani akan menginap di Mapolda Sumatera Utara ini,” terangnya.

Tim kuasa hukum, Hendra Manatar Sihaloho menambahkan bahwa mereka sudah berulang kali mendatangi Polres Binjai. Namun tidak ada juga kejelasannya.

“Aneh sekali Polres Binjai itu, kami sudah berulang kali ke Polres Binjai, tapi tidak ada juga perkembangan,” tambahnya.

Selain itu, mereka juga heran dengan penyidik Polres Binjai. Ada satu orang tersangka sudah diamankan berinisial G, tapi akhirnya dilepaskan.

“Kami tidak tahu kenapa dilepaskan pelaku berinisial G. Padahal pelaku ini merupakan pelaku dengan kasus yang sama. Dugaan kami, Polres Binjai menerima gratifikasi dari pihak G atau mewakilinya,” pungkasnya. (jn/**)
